Manuel R. Valdez and Manny J. Valdez are the father-son duo that make The Valdez Team at Ringler what it is today. Together, they have over 45 years of experience within the Structured Settlement Planning industry. That experience, combined with a strong commitment to serve their clients over the years has established them as one of the top-producing firms in the country.
What we do
The Valdez Team works with clients primarily in the Southwest region of the United States - with additional clients around the nation. Our team focuses on settlement planning & producing Structured Settlements for personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, workers' compensation, product liability, mass torts, and construction defect cases. In addition, we also have the ability to create Structured Settlement for non-physical injury cases and attorney fees.
From the second we get on a case, our team provides support & advice to all parties involved during all aspects of court hearings, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences. Our consultants & office staff make sure that attention-to-detail is taken when preparing closing documents to ensure that each Structured Settlement annuity has been executed exactly as specified by legal counsel.
We also facilitate the implementation of Special Needs Trusts, Pooled Trusts, and Medicare Set-Asides.
